All World Cup matches to be broadcast in 5.1 surround

Sport comes squarely into the AV arena with the news that the , from the Stage 1 kickoff on June 9, to the final in July, will be broadcast in 5.1 Dolby Digital. Dolby has confirmed that it is providing a feed from every World Cup game from all 12 stadium venues, for both standard and TV broadcasts. This is the first time that the entire tournament will be made available so widely in 5.1 surround sound.
