Music legends throw support behind Eclipse speakers

Those extraordinary-looking Eclipse speakers are attracting high level endorsements from the music world. Noted classical guitarist John Williams uses them onstage to support his acoustic guitar during live concerts. “They offer the most natural sound I have heard,” he enthuses, “and provide the best solution for amplifying my guitar during solo performances without loosing its original quality and delicate tone.”
Composer Michael Nyman , best known for his score for The Draughtsman’s contract, is also a fan. Nyman (pictured above with Eclipse models TD712z & Eclipse TD510) uses the speakers for performance level support during concerts, as well as in his home studio.
“The Eclipse speaker system is, quite simply, an acoustic extension of my piano,” he says. “It gives me the benefit of absolutely faithful sound reproduction, without any modification of sonority, reproducing and preserving the tonal qualities of my piano in their entirety.” Guess that must mean they’re good then…
