June 25th, 2006 · No Comments

NeoDigits, supplier of early-adopter DVD players, is giving away five of its new HELIOS X-Line Network Media Players as part of a FIFA promotion.
To enter, consumers only need submit the name of the team they think will win the tournament. Depending on how far the nominated team goes through to the Quarter Finals, Semi Finals and Final Matches, players get a chance to be part of up to 5 drawings, each giving away an X-Line player.
Schedules for the 5 draws and the corresponding X-Line prizes can be found at www.neodigits.com.
Explains Jessica Wu, Marketing Manager “With so many people around the world, not excluding all of us here at NeoDigits, held in the grips of the World Cup games, we thought we’d make things even more exciting by giving people a shot at winning an X-Line player while rooting for their teams.”
The two X-Line network players can connect to a PC via Ethernet or wi-fi and stream content either from the PC hard drive or the internet. While the X3000 and X5000 share the same functionality, the X5000 has audiophile build quality, with a brushed aluminum front panel and full metal case, Burr Brown Op Amps and Wolfson DACs.
