Industry heavyweights support free home cinema show

October 4th, 2006 · No Comments

Looking for something interesting to do on Saturday 21st October? Our advice is to head to Reading. The local branch of Sevenoaks Sound and Vision is celebrating its 10th year in business by staging what it describes as “a free Mini Home Cinema Show” at the Victoria Hall, in Reading Town Hall. The event runs from 10.30 am to 4.30pm.
In addition to products from Pioneer, Arcam, Sim2 and KEF, there’s a prize draw and most interestingly an Open Forum discussion on Home Cinema, to be held in an adjoining room to the show between 3pm-4pm.
Guest members of the panel include key UK home cinema players, including John Dawson (from Arcam), Alan Roser (Sim2), Jim Catcheside (Pioneer) and Peter Aylett (from CEDIA). Seating for the forum is expected to be tight, so pre-book by calling Sevenoaks on 0118 959 7768.

How to get there:
