Panasonic has shown its first range of Full HD plasmas at the Japanese Ceatec electronics show (pictured above). The models, which offer 1920 x 1080 resolution and advanced image processing, are led by a stunning 103-inch model which will be made to special order in Europe by the end of the year, at a price of around 30,000 UK pounds. The price includes installation.
The world’s biggest commercially available flatscreen will be joined by 65-, 58- and 50-inch models. Currently Panasonic is also bringing in the 65- and 50-inch models, although the fate of the 58-inch model is uncertain. “We are are investigating the possibility of bring that particular screen size into the UK,” said a spokesman.
All four screens have HDMI v1.2 inputs and an SD Card slot.
