LG to preview Blu-ray player at Best of Stuff show

Olympic Gold medal sprinter Darren Campbell will preview an upcoming player from LG Electronics at the Best of and What Hi-Fi Sound and Vision Show (November 3-5, at the Novotel West London, Hammersmith).
The brand’s BP100 model, tentatively scheduled for a 2007 introduction, offers the standard BD feature specification, including 1080p native output and DVD upscaling to 1080p.
There will also be a full range of and LCD TVs from the brand, including the 47LB2RF, a 1080p that will be demonstrated with the aforementioned Blu-ray player, and the LB1DB series, gloss-black LCD TVs from the brand set to launch in the UK in November. The LB1DB range, available in 32, 37 and 42-inch screen sizes, incorporates an update of LG’s exclusive XD Engine picture processor. The show will also provide a rare opportunity to see the MW-71PY10, a 71-inch plasma screen; the LHWH960IA wireless speaker and HDMI home cinema system, and multi-format RH200MHS 250GB HDD/DVD recorder.
