The first consignment of UK Wiis sold out in just 12 hours. Nintendo has confirmed that 50,000 units shipped into the UK. A second allocation is due to arrive next week. According to Nintendo UK chief David Yarnton, the company expects to ship six million consoles before the end of its financial year in March ’07.
