Samsung TVs by Royal appointment! The Korean electronics giant has announced that it is to supply 100 LCD and plasma screens to Buckingham Palace, by Royal request.
Samsung UK confirms that it has received a notification from the Palace ordering the sets, due for delivery and installation in January. Samsung will be allowed to use the British Royal seal of appointment if its dealings with the Palace last longer than five years. Amongst those screens ordered by Her Royal Hi-Defness are 42-, 50- and 63-inch plasmas, plus 32-, 40- and 57-inch LCDs.
