The disc has experienced playback problems on Sony and Pioneer BD players. Sony has issued a firmware fix which is available from its website (sony.com/blurayupdate). The 39MB download is entitled UPDATE_BDPS1_VER0150.EXE.
The lack of Ethernet connectivity on the player means that users have to download the patch and burn it to a DVD. Pioneer is working on an update.
