Giant Star Wars exhibition comes to London

March 22nd, 2007 · No Comments

The world’s biggest Star Wars film memorabilia exhibition will open for business in County Hall Westminster London, on May 5. The show, which runs till September 1, sprawls over 30,000sq ft and has already been seen by more than a million visitors in Japan, France and Portugal. On view will be 280 original film props, vehicles, costumes and models covering the entire Star Wars saga. Also featured are interactive exhibits and activities, including Jedi training and a green screen simulation that puts visitors into a Star Wars sequence.
Other items of geeky interest from the Lucasfilm Archives include a life-size Naboo N-1 Starfighter; an original model of Yoda; the original Darth Vader costume and mask; Darth Maul’s costume and Anakin Skywalker’s pod racer.
