It’s been resurrected for every format going, and now the original laser disc game Dragon’s Lair is coming to Blu-ray. It will be the first game disc for the format built from BD Java. The Don Bluth adventure first appeared in arcades in 1985. “I’ve seen the newly restored footage and it just looks amazing,” said Bluth. “It looks better than I remember.” The disc will also feature interviews with the game’s creators and a commentary track. Sequels Space Ace and Dragon’s Lair II: Time Warp, will follow.
