Actor and comedian Chris Barrie has been confirmed as the host of this year’s Home Cinema Choice Awards. Best known for playing the hologram Arnold Rimmer in the cult sci-fi comedy Red Dwarf and the leisure centre manager Gordon Brittas, in The Brittas Empire, Barrie also co-starred in the two Tomb Raider movies and was most recently seen on the big screen in Back in business, in which he co-starred with Brian Blessed, last year’s Home Cinema Choice Awards host.
The event takes place in London on April 5.
