Geeks are getting younger by the day. According to a new survey from The NPD Group, the average age that children begin using consumer electronic devices is just 6.7 years. Back in 2005, kids didn’t start getting the tech habit till eight. The most popular CE items for the under tens are mobile phones and DVD players, although children as young as four will use a computer.
