Toshiba sticks with low-price HD DVD

June 30th, 2007 · 1 Comment

Toshiba says it will maintain the 299 dollar price point for its HD-A2 entry level player in the US. Sales rocketed when the brand trialled the price as a sales promotion. The HD-A20 is ticketed at 399 dollars, with the top of the range HD-XA2 at 799 dollars.
