Billion dollar Harman sale falls flat

An 8 billion dollar deal to sell multi-brand AV specialist Harman International has fallen through. Buyers Kohlberg Kravis Roberts and the Goldman Sachs Group have walked away from the deal, citing adverse trading conditions.
