LG has beaten rival Samsung to launch a fully compatible hybrid Blu-ray/HD DVD player, the 999 dollar Profile 1.1 compliant BH200. Allan Jason, LG vice president for consumer electronics marketing says: “We have introduced the BH200 to end the confusion caused by the current format war.
