So why is everyone getting hot under the cape for Zack Snyder’s upcoming version of the classic Watchmen? The movie we should all really be getting excited about is the live-action spin on Akira Toriyama’s indestructible Dragonball saga. The American made adaptation of the cult manga and anime series is expected in US theaters April 10 and will star James Marsters and Chow Yun-Fat.
Curiously, studio chiefs have elected to begin with the lesser known of the Dragonball yarns rather than jumping straight in with Dragonball Z. So that means no Vegeta , Frieza or Raditz. Could be a big mistake. These early promo pics don’t inspire a great deal of confidence either, it must be said.
